Grilled Bacon on a Stick

One of the highlights of the Minnesota State Fair each year is food on a stick.  It is one of the most convenient ways to walk around the State Fair while you are eating.  Grilled bacon is one version of food on a stick.  Thick sliced bacon is threaded onto a wooden skewer and seasoned with red pepper, black pepper and chili pepper.  Grilled for about 10 minutes each side.  Grilled bacon makes a delicious appetizer for summer parties because you do not need a fork or knife.  Grilled bacon on a stick can be eaten right off the stick.
