Here's an example of a tasty dessert I photographed for a cookbook. When I photograph food for cookbooks, I strive to create a visual taste of the fantastic.
These gluten free, almond flour muffins were photographed for a gluten-free cookbook. Almond flour muffins are cooked in cast iron pan that allows the almond flour to rise. Raspberry jam was used to sweeten the muffins while a custom barn wood surface was used as the background prop.
