Sprigs of parsley are cut with a vintage scissor and tied together with burlap string. Green onions are added to complete the photo. Parsley can be chopped and added to many dishes such as eggs, tomato sauce, lemon sauce and other sauces. Chop parsley fine, add lemon or orange zest and red pepper flakes for a spicy gremolata. Top with cut green onions.
