Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

When rhubarb is in season there is nothing sweeter than a home made strawberry rhubarb pie.  This pie is served in individual pie pans.  The strawberry rhubarb mixture is coated in sugar and tapioca and then baked in an oven.  A lattice work pie crust tops it off.
