This Squid Ink pasta with basil, lemon and drawn butter dressing was photographed for a local Italian/seafood restaurant. The squid ink pasta was mixed with regular pasta for effect. Butter was melted over low heat and one-half cup of lemon juice added. Chopped basil was added until wilted. Pasta was plated and butter sauce added. Photographed using strobe light.
