Blueberry cobbler is a summer staple. Mix three cups of blueberries (or blackberries or strawberries or cherries) with a cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon corn starch and 1tablespoon lemon zest. Cook on cooktop and add lemon juice to make sauce and loosen it up. Add sweet biscuits and top with vanilla ice cream. Garnished with thyme for presentation.
