Lamb Chops with Chimichurri

Lollipop lamb chops are prepared with the sous vide method and browned in the fry pan with butter. A spicy chimichurri sauce was prepared with parsley, cilantro, red peppers, red onion and olive oil. The chimichurri sauce is spooned over the lamb chops prior to serving.
