This is a clean out your fridge soup. It is made with a vegetable broth base and then everything is just thrown in. I added enoki mushrooms, chicken, baby bok choy, scallions and red pepper flakes for zing. Everything is added over stir-fry noodles which of course are first stir fried for extra flavor and crispiness. A low sodium soy sauce dresses all ingredients. This was shot with a Profoto B-1 studio light, a white medium deep umbrella with a diffuser and a white foam core board for fill.
