Roasted Tomatoes with Burrata

Baby tomatoes are roasted in a 450 degree oven with olive oil, garlic and oregano. The roasted tomatoes are then topped on crusty bread over a heaping dollop of Burrata for a unique turn on Italian bruschetta.
