Wine and Orecchiette

Orecchiette, or "little ears" iis a favorite pasta dish served in Italian restaurants. In this presentation, orecchiette is paired with braised kale, sweet baby peas and asparagus and mixed with a cheesy, creamy Alfredo sauce. Served with a bottle of white wine.
