Yellow and red tomatoes with basil and burrata

Yellow heirloom tomatoes are quartered and placed circumferentially around a yellow and white platter.  Burrata cheese is placed in between each yellow quarter.  Baby red tomatoes are placed in the center of the dish for contrast and the tomatoes are topped with fresh basil.
