Pulled pork is an iconic recipe is the Midwest USA. It is typically steeped in a barbecue sauce laced with bourbon. It is so tender it is literally poured over a toasted sesame bun and dressed with coleslaw. An au jus is ladled over the pork to keep it juicy. Serving it with crispy french fries is a must.
