Stuffed Red Peppers

Stuffed Red Peppers are laced with olive oil and slow roasted in an oven. When ready they are filed with a mixture of orzo, feta cheese, balsamic vinegar, red onions, chopped fresh basil and baby tomatoes cut in half. These stuffed red peppers are served in Italian restaurants throughout South Florida including Miami, West Palm Beach, Tampa, Fort Myers and Naples.
