Stuffed Red Peppers

Stuffed Red Peppers are laced with olive oil and slow roasted in an oven. When ready they are filed with a mixture of orzo, feta cheese, balsamic vinegar, red onions, chopped fresh basil and baby tomatoes cut in half.
