Italian Meatballs

Meatballs made from ground turkey, basil, breadcrumbs, egg and parmesan cheese are fried to a golden brown before being added to a rich tomato sauce (not shown).   The meatballs were fried in a cast iron skillet using olive oil.  The meatballs and cast iron skillet were photographed on a vintage linen napkin placed on brown barn wood.
