Galettes are for the novice baker, like me . . . I mean you just can't go wrong with a galette. It comes together so easily and bakes so quickly - well 45 minutes - that you could actually make it right before you cook dinner and serve afterwards. . . . The blackberries, blueberries and raspberries in this three berry galette were part of my end of season "berry haul" from last weekend's farmer's market trip. And I use a touch of thyme to bring out the flavor. Do you have a favorite berry?
