Vegetarian tacos topped with pickled red cabbage, sweet potato and feta cheese were photographed on a vintage wooden tray lined with parchment paper. The tacos were photographed with a macro lens to obtain a close up image of the ingredients. The taco shells were coated with olive oil and roasted on an open grill until crisp but still malleable. The taco shells were then filled with the ingredients and photographed in natural light at the side.
